Working Hours

Emergencies at other times are taken care of by Bytoservis, tel. 241 414 141. This emergency service is provided in the evenings, at night and during weekends. The repairs are done to an extent, when there is no risk of damage to the landlord´s or other person´s (tenant´s) property. The payment is done immediately when the invoice and confirmation of the repair are issued.

2. Collection of debris, drains, soil, construction materials delivery, cleanouts

You can order our services in person, by email or phone. Our extra services include providing containers for oversized waste, biowaste, collecting debris or other commodities for Prague 12 residents. We also deliver building materials and can collect other materials after making an agreement with the client.

We provide: 

• transport of containers with IVECO Eurocargo 12t,
• Transport of materials with IVECO Daily with capacity up to 3500 kg and 3x2x0,4m tipper with three ways tipping body.

Apartment Building Management also manages two cemeteries. We provide all year round greenery maintanance, cleaning, collecting of waste containers and activities in accordance with the Burial Act n. 256/2001 Coll., and amending Acts. We administer complete records of columbariums, graveyards and funeral urns in program MG Orga. We rent available graves and funeral urns niches. We can also arrange expertise done by a court’s appointed expert at the client’s expense and other services.

Operation and maintenance of heat sources is provided by ZIEGLER ZZ Ltd., : IČ 25707311 a contractor of Residential Buildings Management Praha – Modřany, public-benefit company. ZIEGLER ZZ was granted a licence to do the annual billing of heat energy consumption.

5. High-capacity indoor parking for cars and motorcycles

This is an 4 story indoor car park with 214 parking spots. Entry and exit is controlled by remote control. After signing a contract and making payment for parking, clients recieve remote control (refundable deposit is required). The area is equiped with surveillance cameras and light sensors. Price for a parking spot is 1390 CZK for a car and 565 CZK for a motorbike a month.

We manage three fitness and recreational complexes, which serve not only the residents of Prague 12, but also schools take advantage of them during their lessons. There are custodians in two complexes (RAK Ráček a VOSA). It is possible to lend sports equipment in RAK Ráček.
